Conference Caravan

The NAPAMA Conference Caravan is the easiest, cheapest, hassle-free way to ship your booth materials between fall regional conferences (Arts Midwest, WAA, and PAE). Our partner freight forwarder takes on the cargo responsibility so you don’t have to. The low transport cost is inclusive of pick-up, palletizing, delivery to/from conferences, & storage in between.

Established in the early 2010s, the Caravan is a streamlined means of helping our members, most of whom are small businesses, easily and cost effectively transport their booth materials to/from conferences. You can "hop on" at any point, however it is your responsibility to get your materials to the first destination. From there, your materials will be marked 'NAPAMA Caravan' at load out and be transported to the next regional conference. It will be your responsibility to take your materials home with you at the end of the last conference.

2019 Caravan Details

NAPAMA is partnering with Rock-it Cargo for the 2019 caravan. Andrew Delicata and Michele Safarik from Rock-it Cargo (RIC) will coordinate shipping instructions and make sure your booth materials arrive on time to each conference.

As in the past, members are responsible for transporting their own materials to the first conference (WAA in Los Angeles), and then home after the last conference (PAE in Orlando).
