You may reserve your room at the incredibly low room rate of $139 a night. The deadline is Friday, April 17, also the last day for Early Bird Registration. We recommend that you reserve early. A limited number of rooms are also being held at our special rate for three nights before the retreat (May 28-30) and three nights after (June 3-4). So come as early as May 28 and stay for the same low rate and extend your personal retreat or family vacation. It’s the perfect city for either or both. Reserving online is easy, quick, and available 24/7. However, if you need to make a reservation by telephone, please call 1-888-490-6547 and use the group code, NAP or NAPAMA RETREAT.

Room Type Availability: The Hilton is holding both King and Double rooms. However, some Doubles may be sold out, which would limit your choice to a King room. We are working with the hotel to find additional Double rooms in the inventory as mucvh as possible. Rooms for shoulder dates are the most limited and are mostly King rooms.

Car Rental from Airport

Taxi or Uber/Lyft

Due to the high cost to keep a car in New Orleans (generally around $45 a night), it is best to keep your car at home and come in by air, train, or bus an rely on a public ride while in the city.

Uber and Lyft work much the same way in NOLA as anywhere else. Uber and Lyft are said to be about the same cost of a taxi, depending on the route. And llke most airports, there is a designated area for Uber and Lyft pick up.

In town, you can often find a taxi stand at major hotels and attractions, by calling ahead or hailing one on a busy street. However, taxis may be difficult to find in less crowded areas and quieter nights. So, it is best to use Uber/Lyft, call the taxi company, or ask a restaurant, hotel, or lounge server to call one for you.

Parking

As mentioned above, parking is difficult and expensive in downtown New Orleans, generally around $45 a night. So, we recommend you leave your car at home. However, here is information provided by New Orleans and Company, NOLA's Convention and Vistors Bureau.
