Retreat Postponed

UPDATE APRIL 10:

After much discussion and following extensive communications with the host hotel and the NOLA convention office, NAPAMA will postpone the Agents and Managers Retreat planned for May 31-June 2, 2020. We will keep you posted on the plans as they develop for a rescheduled Retreat, most probably in the spring of 2021. All registrants for the 2020 Retreat have been sent an email regarding their refund and cancellation process.

We want to thank everyone who has been involved in planning and the generosity of time and energy from the more than 25 colleagues who were planning to share their expertise in the Big Easy. We also thank the Retreat sponsors, all of whom we will continue to acknowledge for the 2021 Retreat.

Lastly, we ask that you include the people of New Orleans in your positive thoughts, especially our colleagues there, as they join all of us in this fight.

If you have any questions, please email at [email protected] or call me at 724-422-5757.

About the Retreat

Started in 2011, the retreat has grown both in numbers and in ideas and content. The NAPAMA Agents and Managers Retreat is open to any agent, manager, producer, artist, presenter or anyone involved in the field of professional touring of the peforming arts. We gear our convening towards anyone who is interested in being part of the conversation. The Retreat provides those who operate within the touring performing arts industry an opportunity to network, learn, and share information and resources with other agents and managers with everyone involved in the performing arts welcome. The Retreat is a no-sales zone allowing everyone to speak openly about booking issues from all points of view.
