Presenter-Agent Exchange

The top request from past Retreat evaluations and a  recent survey was a session that digs deeper into the things presenters need from agents, managers, and artists in order to book, promote, and present the shows you have to offer.

It’s here! The Presenter-Agent Exchange will give you invaluable time for substantive discussions with a group of at least 15 highly-accomplished and widely-varied presenters from across the U.S. and into Canada, including some of our NAPAMA presenter award recipients.

Across two hours of small group discussions in the morning, two meals offering one-on-one time, and another 1.5 hours of open Q&A time with this distinguished Presenter Group, you will  learn volumes about promoting your acts to presenters. The Retreat is a “no sales” zone so that all of us can learn from each other in an open environment.

Check out the groundbreaking group we have assembled and be prepared to gain a wealth of information as never before.

Retreat News

Have you looked lately? The Agents and Managers Retreat pages are filled with  information from detailing our plans for Sharing Business Models, to Monday’s groundbreaking Presenter-Agent Exchange, to Tuesday’s nine Around the Table sessions led by your colleagues. Then there are the other things to do in New Orleans before, during, and after the Retreat while taking advantage of the three-day shoulder rate of only $139 a night at the Hilton New Orleans/St. Charles.

Your deadline to register at the Early Bird rate, saving $50, and last day to reserve hotel rooms is April 17. But, while airfares are steady and hotel rooms remain available, reserve and register today. There are lots more surprises and activities planned plus plenty of free time for you to explore, relax, and regenerate on your own.

The iconic "Big Easy" will certainly be convenient for members in the Eastern and Central time zones. However, we picked New Orleans also because it is closer to our Western colleagues in a couple ways. Compared to recent Retreats in Pennsylvania and Florida, New Orleans is one hour closer by time zone and up to two hours closer in air travel time. Plus, New Orleans has an abundance of non-stop flights from across the U.S. and from Toronto. See you in New Orleans!

And a huge thank you to our sponsors!
